Vittoria Air-Liner Light MTB

The Air-Liner Light MTB is the new insert for tubeless mountain bike tyres that’s designed to be used on XC and Trail bikes. Tested and used at World Cup stages, our Air-Liner Light is the lightest tyre insert available.

Better Handling

Vittoria’s insert allows for the progressive compression of the tyre when the tyre is under load; cornering or riding over features like rocks and tree roots.

By doing so, Air-Liner Light enhances stability and traction; helping the tyre’s tread maintain contact with the trail.

Puncture Protection

In case of a tyre puncture and resulting air loss; Air-Liner Light expands, offering the tyre proper support to reach home or the car.

This also minimises damage to the rim.

Air-Liner Light also improves the tyre’s puncture protection.

Thanks to the unique foam formulation, the insert allows for extreme shock absorption and prevents tyre punctures caused by heavy impacts with the rim walls (snake bites) from rocks and tree roots.

Compatibility & Install

Vittoria’s Air-Liner Light is only compatible with 29-inch wheels, tyres from 2.10″ to 2.40″ wide.

And inner rim width of 25mm-30mm.

Plus it’s fine to use with any tubeless sealant.

The product also includes one Vittoria Green Multiway Tubeless valve that’s 40mm long.
