HARO FLIGHTLINE ONE R 26

Haros latest creation is the Flightline One R 26-inch girls bike. The “R” stands for rigid, indicating it has no suspension. This makes it a lighter, street-friendly version of their Flightline mountain bike. The bike is agile, easily maneuverable, and quick to pick up speed and slow down, making it perfect for bike paths and rail trails, from bitumen to light, well-compacted dirt and gravel.

The Flightline R features a wider tyre profile that helps mute impacts for a smoother ride. Its low-profile tread ensures that it doesn’t slow down on bitumen paths while offering good grip on compacted dirt and gravel trails. Available in two sizes, XS and SM, its ideal for kids who are too big for a 24-inch bike but not yet ready for an adult bike. To keep the weight down, the Flightline One R includes many alloy components such as handlebars, head stem, seat post, and wheels.

Starting at the front, the bike is equipped with mechanical V-brakes paired with a machined brake surface for better control and stopping power. The Promax alloy brake levers are adjustable, making it easy for small hands to operate. The gearing system relies on reliable Shimano components, with 3 front gears and 7 rear gears controlled by Shimanos RevoShift twist shifters. Generally, it’s recommended to keep the front gears in position 2 and adjust the rear gears as needed, with gears 3, 4, and 5 being sufficient for most gradients.
